Can't transfer licence from old machine to new need email change

I have deregistered my product key for Fences 4 from my old macinne and tried to activate it on a new machine without success. I can't get a new Key because the email that I registered with is now defunct and I have a new email. I sent a support request several days ago and another one yesterday asking to change the email to my new address but I am yet to hear anything back. Is there a log delay to answer tickets?
