Can't transfer licence from old machine to new need email change

slow support response

I have deregistered my product key for Fences 4 from my old macinne and tried to activate it on a new machine without success. I can't get a new Key because the email that I registered with is now defunct and I have a new email. I sent a support request several days ago and another one yesterday asking to change the email to my new address but I am yet to hear anything back. Is there a log delay to answer tickets?

Can someone please help me resolve the problem  - the support ticket was ref: SSN-23009

OK, nothing seems to be working, I received an email from support that said, "At this time, no ticket was created" and went on to say the following...

Be sure to try all the email addresses you know you have or could have used, especially ones you may use for PayPal or other payment services. >

I used my current email and it is invalid, I used the old email address that I no longer have access to and it said it  <An email containing your product keys was sent to.> Which would be good but I don't have access to the email account anymore.

Is the anything I can do to retrieve my product key? I like the product and I want to keep using it.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try raise another ticket and include all the details on your purchase information and your current situation/issue in there. Once you have done that. Reply here and post your new ticket number. I will then forward that number to Support for his attention. You will need to wait a bit since ticket will be respond by the numbers, I believe first raise, first serve. And do not create multiple ticket since that will only confused the system. Within a day or two if still no respond. Report back here. Your feedback and patience is highly appreciate.

Thanks so much for the help

As per instructions I have submitted another ticket < SSN-23271 >, unfortunately, I can't find original receipts for the product as it was several years ago but I was able to include the original product key in my ticket, hopefully, that might help.

I am confuse, you mentioned that you trying to activate Fences 4 on your new system, yes? And you said you lost the invoice from years ago? Fences 4 in a new product. Please elaborate.

Ah!!! it's not you who is confused it is me... I downloaded the newer version without thinking about it...  when I found my old files the old version was installed and registered without issue. 

Many many apologies for my  confusion and thank you very much for your patients
