After todays update the game gets stuck trying to load the main menu.
What Windows version are you on? Are your drivers up to date? Have you tried verifying your files?

Yes, my drivers are up to date and I've both tried verifying the game and uninstalling and reinstalling it but with the same result sadly
also on Windows 10, with up to date drivers. I tried verifying, but not uninstalling/reinstalling yet.
I deleted my "Documents / My Games / GalCiv4 /" folder and re-verified, and all loads great.
