Paid for Start11, got no key

So yesterday I bought and paid for Start11 but during the process the website gave me an error. The payment did succeed (visible on my bank statement) but I received no product key.

I submitted a ticket but so far I haven't received a reply yet. I just want the product key I paid for, how do I get it faster?

I don't feel like you actually read my support ticket. I bought and paid for a Start11 key and you want me to open incognito mode? I don't understand, how will incognito mode give me a product key?

Maybe you should put somebody on the ticket then, I still don't have the key I paid for! I didn't expect Stardock to be this slow... They were fast enough to take my money but when their website craps out I have to wait and beg to get help. This is ridiculous.
