Hello,

I've recently tried accessing my product key and it said that it had deactivated. I paid for a full version back when I purchased. 
Please let me know why this is happening. Thank you.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know what version of Fences your purchase and what version of Fences you try to use?
