Not eligible for upgrade?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to upgrade from Fences 3 to Fences 4 but the page says that I am not eligible for an upgrade after entering my email address (yes, I made sure it was the right one). I originally bought Fences 2 and then upgraded to 3 in 2016.

Is this intentional or an error?

Earlier I sent an email to sales because that was mentioned on the account page; they sent a form email back telling me to go post on the forums. It also contained a list of things Stardock provides email support for and none of the bullet points applied, so I posted here. Sorry about that.
