WB: How much animation is too much?

Thought I'd try to make an animated skin.
So far the menu items, min/mas/close/help/force on top and system buttons are animated...

SO question. How much is too much?

Well, since you asked, I'll answer you what I think.
I like animations that are action-triggered: mouse-overs, clicks, etc. But I don't like to have perpetual animations on my windows. It looks cool first, but I find it gets annoying after a bit, always moving in your face.

My 2 canadian cents (1.4 cents US).

I'm with paxx! Constant ones are annoying but mousovers are sweet! Lots of them would be great.
