Sorry to hear you are having issues.

I would say just uninstall Start11 then Reboot 

and do your Win11 upgrade Reboot an 

then reinstall Start11 Reboot .

After you do the purge, did you reboot? That is critical to do, the reboot after.

If you rebooted and it still reads that with no Start version installed, go to Windows Services

and see if Start10\11 is still there

Mine is there because I still have it installed - tell us if yours is after the purge and reboot.

Go up to the Stardock folder and delete the Start10 one.
