Accidentally purchased two keys, can i get a refund for one of them?

I feel like an idiot. I usually pay for stuff via PayPal, but I didn't remember getting to the PayPal confirmation screen the first time I went through paying for the software, and to add to that, I somehow ended up back on the purchase screen, so I figured I just hadn't gotten to confirming the order yet, especially since it was still in my cart. So I just went ahead and ordered again, went through everything and actually fully completed it this time, got to the PayPal confirmation screen and everything, and now the item has obviously disappeared from my cart. Went to check my balance and noticed I was way lower than I anticipated, so I checked my account activity and it turns out I had paid for two keys. Also figured out how to check the keys tied to my email and sure enough, two keys. I only need one key.

Is there a way I can get a refund and deactivation for one of the keys? I emailed the support email and got an automated response. Tried looking for a refund support email and have not had any luck there, so I came here.

Hi. It keeps saying Stardock is on vacation. I have under 30 days to get this key refunded before I'm no longer elligable and stuck with two keys. Does Stardock being on vacation mean I can't get a refund until they're back? I sent an email to their support about the refund via the refund link and has not yet received a response, thanks.

Stardock on holidays until Jan 3rd. You ticket should be answered around that time. I believe, it should be well before the 30 days.
