IconPackager Key with an unknown associated account.

I have an activation key, but when I tried to register it with my Stardock Account/ email, it stated that this key is aready associated with another account.

I bought the Stardock's Humble Bundle "Organize Your PC" earlier this year, but only recently started registering the keys through that purchase with this account. While all other programs were able to be registered for no problem, I am experiencing difficulties with registering IconPackager. It stated that this IconPackager key is already associated with another email; however, trying all emails I know only results in "Account Lookup Failure". 

Given that I have the key, is there a way to lookup what email it is registered to?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try these steps to deactivate it : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct. If that fail, raise a Support ticket, include all details on your purchase in there, and Support will help you from there. https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4.

Hey basj,

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't think your advice would help in my situation though. From my understanding, de-activating would free one of the activations for future installations on other devices.
