I'm getting the following error message when attempting to activate Fences 4 on my work laptop running windows 10:
"An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details (1001).

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Try shutting down AV and Security software when activating

Have limited admin rights on my laptop and dont believe I can fully shutdown all security sw. Any other options to work the offline activation?
Just as a side note, when I attempt to activate using my product key/email I get the following error:
"Unable to activate Fences. Please try again or contact support. (Error code: - 205)"
Well... I bought a key for a member of my family (it was a gift from me to him) :
He can't pass the activation , same error.

I was informed that earlier there was a server issue causing
activation issues , try again later please.

Fences4 offline activation server not existent, where do i upload Fences.req file to get Fences.response??? I have offline drafting computer not visible to viruses and cannot connect to internet. Please let me know if activation.stardock.com is up and running or address changed? I tried with all known browsers
