Where do I go to send a ticket for a problem? The new sight is really confusing. I need help with a download and install problem. Please

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Before you submit a ticket to support can you first explain what you issue is
what product are you having a problem with and we can probably help you
right here in the forum with a fix .
Let's try that first and if we can't fix it for you we'll get to to support ,
