im thinking refund,... why so complicated, when purchasing the payment went through lighting fast.....

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I just checked and the "activation.stardock.com" is up and working. Maybe you can try another browser or another PC?

Thanks BasJ I have tried your suggestions different browsers different devices off cell, wifi vpn everything points to same forbidden error

If the link works for you, any way I can provide you the reg file you send me back the activation file please?

Yes I follow the exact guide for offline activation. The installer activator screen  created for me file called Fences.req,

I need your help if you could please uploading it into the activate.stardock.com and send me the result file called Fences.resp

I will upload that into my installer activation screen. If any way we can exchange these files privately would be great . Much appreciated!
