I never recieved my activation email for Start11

Hello, I bought Start11 and never received my key. I bought the program on the 16th, and have never received an email, only a email saying that Fastspring received my payment. I checked out when I didn't have an account, but I created one after purchasing with PayPal and still am not able to download. I contacted support, but I haven't heard back. When I contacted support, I uploaded a copy of the invoice/receipt. I also enter the email used for the transaction into the retrieve keys page and it says it doesn't exist.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Often time if you pay via paypal, the activation email will be send to your email address that linked to that paypal account you use. Check there first. If all fail, you can raise a support ticket using the link below. Use the Product not receive section. Fill up the form, include all your purchase details in there and Support will help you from there.

Yeah, I contacted support cause I never received an email with a key - even with the PayPal email.

I forget my case number, but I contacted support and attached an invoice as proof of purchase, along with the purchase email.

It will take some time since Support will need to go through all the tickets with first come first serve. It will get to yours eventually. Your patience it much appreciate.
