Never Received Activation email nor Fastspring email

I bought Start11 on Jan 18 but never received emails from either Stardock nor Fastspring. I didn't even receive a receipt although the charge shows up on my credit card account. I sent a message immediately with an upload of the CC info but have received no reply as of yet. The purchase doesn't even show up on my order history nor download.
