Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide to get to your product and keys. https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys.  It might be that the registered email is your paypal email account. Try that and report back if you still need our assistance.

Seems there 2 accounts with same email address, one for V3, one for upgrade V4. When I try to recover license only V3 is returned and I can't access on the previous account to delete or merge due email address are the same.
