Didnt receive confirmation email or product key

Bought Start11 this morning after trying out the trial. I liked the software so I bought a key, but still haven't received a confirmation email or product key. I checked my credit card online and it shows that there was a charge for the purchase today. How can I retrieve the key.

Tried it just now, it sent back an email for a product a purchased months ago (Groupy). It didn't mention anything related to Start11. I also went ahead and sent a message to support.

That most probably because when you do the Start11, some error on your email address happened. It might be a typo on the email address. No worries. You can raise a support ticket using the link below. Use the product not receive section. Include all details in there. And Support will help you from there. It will take sometimes, since Support will have to go through the tickets by their orders.

i have purchased directly through the website , but did not receive any code or activation key via email. i have created the stardock account with same email address but still nothing inside the account.. money already taken and show in credit card. could you please help me to resolve to get the product key.

If you submitted a support ticket what is your SSN#

and we can try to follow up.

It is the weekend and support desk is closed on the weekends.

Just wanted to give an update to anyone reading this:

I got my keys today in an email and received another email from the support manager acknowledging that there was an issue with sending receipts after purchase. He also mentions that the issue is being resolved and people should be getting their keys by the end of today.

As it turns out there was a known issue with the Start11 keys
