Start 11 pinned app error

Windows cannot find ...

I have Start 11 install and like it but...

When I pin many apps to the start menu then click on the pinned app I receive an error saying "Microsoft cannot find...'".

I am using Windows 11 Pro on a Dell XPS Laptop with a Core i7 10th Gen processor.

Any ideas how I might fix this? I have tried uninstalling and purging like in the following thread.

Where is your MS Office apps located , what drive ?

Everything is located on my C drive. I am pinning the apps by right clicking on the application in the start menu and choosing Pin to Start11.
