Didnt receive confirmation email or product key

Just bought Start 11 using cc and the same email w/ the account i just opened.

After purchase, no product key was sent, no auto-activation of software,

Did the lookup for product key as recommended here

...and it found nothing.  Am seeing that the charge went through on my card.

Looking at these threads, apparently lots of people experience the same problem.

Please send me the product key or advise what you need.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise a support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details on your purchase there and Support will help you from there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket since that will only confuse the system. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer on first come first serve bases.
