Tickets are reviewed in the order received .

I wish i could know, thing is i dont recieve any confirmation email. (yes i have checked my spam folder)

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, it might be that you did not actually send in a report. Usually, if I remembered correctly, when your click send, it will give you a ticket numbers for your reference. If you never get that, it might be your ticket never even been created. Please try again.
Please raise a support ticket using the link below, use the refund option. Include all information details on your purchase there and Support will help you from there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket since that will only confuse the system. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer on first come first serve bases.

i did get that screen, but that screen also says something along the lines of "you will get sent a confirmation email" and since i didnt get any of those i was worried that my tickets werent working, will now try to make a new ticket saving the number they give me
ok so my new ticket number is SSN-26458
I forward you ticket to support for assistance. Do be patience, since ticket will go through in orders.
