I see no wb, but a Winstep theme by Xiandi. Maybe the wb is not available anymore, if there ever was one?

There was one and I have it. It was probably a master skin, and gone now because she passed away and they can't be sold.

She didn't, but as masters they can't be sold, or made free, I don't think.  I believe her masters are no longer available.
