Upgrade to Start11

Why can't I get an upgrade as a Start10 license owner?

I have a Start10 license, but system won't allow me to upgrade. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you purchase and get a new keys for Start11? If yes, and you're using that new keys to activate your Start11 but fail. What is the popup msg that come up when it fail?

Hi Basj

No, my Start11 trial has expired and I went to purchase a key. Hit the website and entered my email for upgrade but it says my email is not valid. If you look at my account you can see my purchases, so not sure why it won't accept my email for an upgrade?

Hello,

I don't have power to check user account for that. You can raise a support ticket using the link below. Pick the "Product not receive button and fill up the form in there. Include all your purchase information and your issue in there and Support will help you from there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket since that will only confuse the system. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer on first come first serve bases.
