Unable to activate Fences4 in Windows11

I've used Fences3 on my PC for a long time, and today I just bought Fences4. However, when I tried to activate it by using the product key and the email (the one I used to purchase it). It just keeps showing me that "Unable to activate Fences. Please try again or contact support. (Error code: -205)". And I also tried using the Stardock account to activate it, it gave me the same result.

I completed uninstalling all Fences3 folders, flies before installing Fences4. And I also tried to restart and reboot my computer multiple times.

I have uninstalled the windows and reinstalled it. Not the Fences 4 upgrade serial wont work as it says its being used on another computer (which is reinstalled now).

I need help to activate fences on my new install and remove it from the old install so i can use it again. Its highly frustrating that there is no way of doing it online as the register product has no way of registering Fences 4 upgrade that i purchased.
