Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I know there is no such option to have Startpanel only on your primary monitor. It will appear on whichever monitor your mouse is on. Anyway, I have forward your request to the Stardock Support Team for their review and recommendations. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We really do appreciate your feedback, Thanks

Thanks

Hi - this thread is pretty crazy. I used start10 and now start11. I have dual monitors. I've never seen any of this behavior in either. My start panel pops up where it is placed. Left or centered. It doesn't make any difference where the cursor is. The cursor can be on either screen but the start panel pops up on the left monitor where it always is. Sometimes I center the start button but that's about it. I can put the cursor over on the 2nd monitor and then press the windows key, the start panel pops up where it's supposed to. So I don't understand how this could get messed up.

I believe the OP was talking about Startpanel appear when you press your Windows key on your keyboard. If you disable Start11 and press Win Key. The Default Windows Startpanel will always appear in your primary monitor. Even when your mouse is in the secondary monitor area. But if you enable Start11 the Start11 panel will appear on which ever monitor your mouse is at. Well at least this is the behavior happening on my pc.Do you see it happen differently in yours?

Thank you,

That has never happened on this PC. It doesn't matter where to cursor is. Primary or secondary monitor, the start panel pops up where it is supposed to. In other words the position of the cursor does not effect the behavior/position of the start panel. I am using Start11 Version 1.01.

They're talking about the normal start menu, Chuck. Not the Start11 one.  It will always open on the primary monitor when tapping the windows key on the keyboard.

I have 3 monitors and the "Start11" start menu opens on the monitor/screen where I clicked the start button.

The above "assumes" that you have Start 11 set to open the OS start menu with the windows key.

Thank you Jim, I was wondering if I am the only one seeing this behavior on my PC.

Wow, lotsa replies here.

So basically, in short, there is no way to make it so that the start 11 start menu always opens on your main screen?

Cheers

For current version, none. In the future, maybe, if the Dev think its a nice features to have.
