Navigators and the Plague

Several times now I have played as the Navigators and have received the planetary plague problem 3 times in a row. Not 3 times...3 in a row. I have not experienced this with the other races I have played. It's really hard to build a civ when it is paralyzed for 90 turns.

Hmm, I'll make a note but a lot of changes are coming in 0.80 anyway.
