Invalid product key

I downloaded Start 11 and at the end of the trial period I paid for it by PayPal.

When I activate the app, it says invalid product key.

Now, in the email it says download fences and the next line is a product key. I used to have fences a long time ago. Have I not received Start 11's key?

The email address I am logged into here is different from the one I use for PayPal, I've tried both, and another one as well in the activation box.

Can someone help please?

Yes and again use the email addy you used to buy the product.

Hopefully you didn't misspell your addy by mistake ( this happens often whit others )

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you still have issue, after gone through that link as mention by Mike on Reply#2. Please raise a support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details on your purchase there and Support will help you from there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket since that will only confuse the system. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer on first come first serve bases. You patience is much appreciate.
