Strange lines in icons

I had this problem in an earlier thead but I can't find it any more. I thouht I had solved the problem, but it came back nonetheless.

The lines change as I resize the bar, and if I use the GDI+ Engine, they go away. Unfortunately, so does the speed...

I think that's a problem with the dock background. See that grass goes over the icons ? It may be a glitch or something with the background. Change it, and You'll see.

It does the same thing with the standard background... Tried that already
