Shipyard access error

If a shipyard is destroyed by an enemy and then later rebuilt in the same place, you cannot access it by clicking directly. You have to go via the planet screen and the green icon. I cannot find a way to see what ships are docked there, or how to launch them.

Secondly I believe there is a problem with the anomaly result "head explodes" - not all the text appears, and nothing happens to your research.

Third point (very minor) there is a typo under *weapons* in the ship design screen that reads "Enhaned Railgun"
