Unable to Activate Fences. Error code: -11
I have a new computer and am trying to reload fences. My previous product was Fences V 2.0. I purchased the v 4.0. I cannot activate either one of them.

My company computer is still on Windows 10. I downloaded the Fences5_setup_sd.exe and it installs without a problem. I previously had Version 4. Fences 5 will not accept the subscription product key.
Fences 5 will not accept Fences 4 activation code. Did you purchased Fences 5 activation key?

Yes, I purchased the Fences 5 and have the valid key for the subscription. I used paypal to pay for the software, however and it uses a different email address than my Stardock email. So I have the problem of purchasing with one email but activating with another email. Thank you for helping me troubleshoot.

I have merged the accounts. I have also moved the registrations. I thought that would help. Everything under the one email. Alas, I still can't activate the software. I have uninstalled and re-installed but that didn't work either after the merge. Do I need to cancel my subscription, uninstall and start over?

For account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
