I purchased Start11 and have no email or other license information

Hello - I needed to post to support forums today and noticed I had no account with stardock. I also searched through my email (including spam folders) and I never got any kind of email. How can I associate my purchase with my account or at least get access to license information?

 

Edit: Forgot to mention...i confirmed i did in fact pay for this. It was from January 17, 2022 via my paypal account (to 'fastspring')
