who of you crazy people can tell me how to start this cool themes ?>
I think WindowsBlinds can help me, but if you have some cool program (add-on) for windows - clocks, sysmetrix`s .... pls tell me abut it!
I`m new in this here...

Which program you use depends on which "cool thing" your talking about. WindowBlinds skins require the WindowBlinds program, Icons need IconPackager and so on. I suggest you go to https://www.stardock.com and have a look at the programs and possibly the shareware versions to give them a go. Most of us here will highly recommend going for the full meal deal. You get all the apps at a much cheaper rate than subscribing individually.

Beware however. You'll have so dang much fun that you'll give up inordinate amounts of your life playing with the look.
