Missing Multiplicity 3 KVM Key

Hello,

In 2/2018 we purchased Multiplicity 3 KVM and the key was sent to [email protected] she has retired and our system only keeps 2 years of email archived, We have had the PC replaced and can not locate key. What would be the best course of action to retrieve the key for the software since we have no access to her account anymore? Also we purchased another key in 2021 and set up account under [email protected] for the new key if possible can the old key be added to that account also.
