Window Blinds on individual apps

I am trying to reskin Pro Tools on my new laptop (windows11), but it's not applying the changes to the application. I have tried restarting my laptop several times, but this isn't working. I tried applying the same style to everything, but this caused an entirely different and terrifying issue with Fences. I'm lost trying to make Pro Tools look https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ worthwhile on my brand new laptop. If anyone has had this issue, or has a solution please let me know. I can answer questions to the best of my understanding.

It should be noted that it works on my Desktop PC (windows 10)

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, Windowblinds 10 is not compatible with Windows 11. Please refer here for Stardock compatible list : https://forums.stardock.com/505717/stardock-app-compatibility
