OK! I'm sorry but I need to post this. I'm new to all this desktop adding stuff. I got one I liked downloaded and it comes this weird form that I don't know how to work with. I just wanna know how,where i put it so it will work correctly? please help me!

You need WindowBlinds for any skin to work, When the "Download" word is clicked the skin will then be plaved in the correct directory ready to work with WindowBlinds.

Dr1Z, you need a program for every skin/theme you download.
For instance:
Window skins, you'll need WindowBlinds.
Icons, you'll need IconPackager
Mouse cursor, you'll need CursorXP
Logon screen, you'll need LogonStudio ...and so on.
