Payment taken twice but no product received, support not replying to emails.

 

Hi. I have made 2 payments now but the process didn’t complete either time with a Gateway Error 400.

 

So now my company bank account shows 2 payments but obviously no purchase registers in my stardock account.

 

What info do you need from me to refund one of the payments and add one Start 11 to my account?

explain your issue . ONLY submit one ticket and wait for a response , tickets are answered in the order received,

There could be an issue being from a different country but many times we find a simple mistake was made
