start11 icon not center aligned

the start button is not aligning to center as configured.   It still aligning left.  

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  I have logged out and logged back in . I have rebooted my PC.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I notice that you have "Custom start button", which does not support center align start button. Refer to screenshot below.

But, you can have center taskbar buttons if you enable "enhance taskbar", refer to screenshot below.
