Why it is not possible to have the start button in the middle of screen ?

What does the error message mean ? Where Do I managed the taskbar buttons ?

You manage taskbar buttons on the taskbar page in Start11 settings.

It looks like you enabled enhanced taskbar button mode which as noted in the message when enabled will force the start button to the left.
