Start11 V1.22 Unresponsive for Min/Max apps via Taskbar Icons

Not sure what the issue is here, or if it's an underlying Windows 11 issue but Start11 the icons in the application icons in the Taskbar can be totally unresponsive. Clicking on an application icon that was minimized and to maximize it again just doesn't work half the time. To restore an application again I've to Alt-Tab, makes the Taskbar pointless.

Often when I click on the icons, I'll click multiple times to get the application to maximize again and nothing will happen and then the application will maximize and minimize multiple times.

I'll try and get a video of it as it's very frustrating as a user and makes my workflow in Windows not work.

Thanks, Luke

After further testing, this only occurs with multi-monitor setup where the screen is set to extend. Can you please test this on a multi-monitor setup please with two different screen resolutions on each display.

Setup
Windows: 11 Pro
Version: 22H2
OS build: 22593.1
Windows Feature Experience Pack: 1000.22593.1.0
PowerToys v0.57.2

Primary Display: 1920x1080 / Scale 100%
Extended Display: 2560x1440 / Scale 100%

No, I've only Start11 v1.22 installed.

I just restarted my computer and it's behaving correctly again now with two screens. I've opened my usual group of applications and working. So there's something happening here but replication not easy.

Next time it happens I'll record it and share.

Very frustrating when you can't maximize applications from the taskbar as makes Windows difficult to use with multiple applications opened.

Ah ok just had it occur there again and I closed the one application I suspect Microsoft Teams and everything working now again. Need to dig a little deep, could be just a coincidence, re-opened Teams and everything still working...

Ok, so this appears to be an issue when a notification comes into the Taskbar, whenever I get a notification in the Taskbar only tested with Teams so far the inability to min/max applications occurs. Quitting Teams and restarting again fixes the problem.

Teams uses its own Notifications style and this is enabled for it to occur.

This is Teams (work and school), why there is two versions of the same application only Microsoft can answer that...

Outlook application calendar reminder also triggers this bug... Dismiss the reminder and problem solved.

Maybe this is a Windows focus issue and the notification gets the focus and takes it away from the Taskbar... can someone at Stardock re-create the issue now please or do you need me to do more work on this?
