upgrade Start 11 to Start 11 Multi-Device

I have Start 11 single user. Can I upgrade to Start 11 Multi-Device?

I have a PC using Start 11 but also have a couple of virtual machines running Windows 11 Pro where I'd also like to use Start 11.

Please let me know if this is possible.
