Bug in WB 4.19[b].003

I've noticed a little problem since installing the latest release of WindowBlinds last Friday: windows with layers (like tabs, or areas that are "hidden" until an expanding button is pushed) are corrupted. Contents of all layers are visible all the time, instead of just when the appropriate activating element is clicked. Anyone else having this problem?

4.19[a] caused my computer to crash when skins were applied. Went back to 4.10, and that problem was solved, but HoverDesk was totally kludged afterwards, and I've had very odd behavior at times since then. (Unable to view files in some folders, and other random weirdness)
Also the skin I've been working on for last few weeks, reverted to the state it was in about 3 weeks ago.
The 4.19[b] update could only see 2 of the skins in my WindowBlinds folder. 4.10 solved that problem, once again.
I think I'll be re-installing XP soon.... *sigh* .... too many strange things popping up.................

4.19b on XP is the same as 4.10 apart from an updated WBConfig UI.

4.19a was newer, but there was a bug which corrupted some internal WB structures and caused it to act oddly with some skins.

It should have had no impact on any other app or the contents of your HD.  Missing skins usually means the new WB was installed in a different directory and so it will only show the skins which come with WB (as they are the only ones in the WB directory)

There should be a 4.19c later this week which resolves the issues that could happen with 4.19a.

Neil, will it correct also the troubles with none skinning buttons on some skins, and will it add back the explorer background feature under Win98 ??

I agree that it shouldn't, but that's what happened.

That's what I figured, but I couldn't find WindowBlinds anywhere other than where it should be. Also I'm not being prompted as to where I wanted to install the programs, even though I have it set up to ask.

Another thing.... why must we download skins with updates?  I'm on dialup, so it miffs me a bit when I have to download skins/icons to update programs, especially when I've deleted the same skins/icons previously.  All I need is the update, if I want a skin, I'll download it. I thought at one point, you guys were going to offer the skins/icons, as separate downloads.
