Key not working/Deactivated.

So, I bought the upgrade to pro so KVM switching for more than 2 computers. I'm using it today and I get a notification that my key is not activated on my primary computer and that KVM Multiplicity will stop working in 7 days. I have the CD Key, the license $ and everything.

 

Please help.

Also, when I try to input the key on my primary computer it says it is activated on another computer. I never activated it on another computer.

Are you using Object Desktop for your apps ?

Ok, I hope that worked. It did say there were two "activations". I don't know the name of my primary within Stardock licensing, so I'm hoping it knows.

 

But, it should now only have one activation.

What I did based on suggestions has worked. I think somehow I activated it on two systems thinking I was just adding a computer. All sorted now.

 

I thought I had replied to this. I apologize for the late response that my issue has been worked out and everything is working just fine now.
