Problem updating Start 11

Get message "Installation file missing. Close Object Desktop, reopen and try again."

As it says in the title...Start 11 won't update from 1.2.4 to 1.24.

My machine: MSI Laptop. 16 GB RAM. W10, 21H2 Build 19044.1706.

Have uninstalled Start 11. Downloaded and tried to install new Start 11 same message received.

Have downloaded and tried reinstalling  Start 10, but received Start 10 Error.

Suggestions on how to proceed?

Hello Doc,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Usually, if having issue updating via ODM, might be server issue, it is best to direct download from your product page and install that installer.
