Upgrade license key for Start 11 not accepted

Hi, I have an upgrade version of Start 11.
When I did the initial upgrade everything was fine, but after I decided to do a fresh install of Windows 11 my license key is not accepted.
All I get is "Start 11 is not associated with this account".

However, in my "Order history" this product is downloadable, and so is the product key, but it just doesn't work.

Please help.

There was a typo on your email address for the Start11 order.

I have merged the accounts together and you should now be able to activate

Thanx, that did it! (Not that I understand what happened, I have as far as I know always used the same email addresses.)
