Procedure for upgrade install of Start 11 (over Start 10)

I've been using Start 10 for a while. I noticed that the Start 11 installation offers to install to start 11 program files directory.

So what is the proper procedure to UPGRADE Start 10 to Start 11 to ensure that

All Start 10 settings carry over to Start 11
Start 10 installation is properly cleaned up?
