MPEG-2

I am having problems getting deskscapes to run the animated backgrounds.

Error is Unable to load this background.  Typically it means it is using a codec you do not have a decoder for such as mpeg2.

I have ran installedcodec and disabled everything except the microsoft codecs, still no love..
