My subscription says I'm a past customer

Clarification please to subscription

I've been with Stardock since 2002 & have never had any issues until June 10, 2022 when I went to download a wallpaper for deskscapes. My status had been changed from unlimited to 0 & my profile saying I'm a "past customer."  ??

I emailed tech support for clarification of what I needed to do to be back in unlimited status.  I mainly download for Deskscapes 10 (using Windows 7).  My last purchases were 2021 for deskscapes, groupy, & cursorfx. I never received an email to renew them...  I was just, dropped.  So when I wrote asking for why, I got email telling me "most dreams are over the download amount that non-subscribers are offered."  What does that mean?!   That's the last email I got from "support" after I was asked for clarification.  I've been asking for clarification every day for the last 3 days & I'm being totally ignored..crickets!  I do IT support for the county & would NEVER ignore a customer!  This is just rude & unacceptable from someone who's providing service & taking money from customers.

Please, as I've been "begging for" from Paul at stardock support, can someone tell me what do I need to do to be back in unlimited status so I can download more from cursorfx & deskscapes??  I was sent a link to wincustomize shop.  I asked if that will give me put me back in unlimited download status for Deskscapes & cursorfx... still crickets.  I'm just asking for clarification, not give me something I haven't paid for!  TY

If you renew your subscription that should get you back right again .

Thank you so very much AzDude for your quick response & support.  That 1 sentence "If you renew your subscription that should get you back right again" is what I've been waiting 4 days to hear from stardock correspondence via email.  

I easily renewed my wincustomize subscription & am back to "unlimited downloads" & user level "subscriber."   I was able to download your latest dream, Fall Off.  I very much enjoy & appreciate your dreams & your assistance to get me back up & downloading :star: |-)
