'Start11' is missing in the Startdock product list

1. Why is 'Start11' missing in the Startdock product list (it always was)? 

2. Why does Stardock not update 'Start11' under WIN 11?  
-   The Stardock window does pop up, again and again whenever I open a new PC session. But it stays there forever without loading the now version down.
-  I have a 'Start11' license, but Stardock does not honor it since several month. Why? 

3. In its description for 'Start11' 'Stardock' includes several commands that lead to an error message 'No Internet'. 
-  My Internet is up + running flawlessly. 
-  So it's Stardock that does not support its own commands. Why?

There is only one official listing of the Stardock products used in the official Stardock WEB site ... Please have a look yourself.

Sorry: This is not a list, but a layout.

Please search the missing enty 'Start11' in your list. You will find 'Start10' + 'Start8' only ... 

And:  What about answering my 2 other questions under 'Reclamation'? That's what I'm interested most ...

That is why I was asking about which listing you're referring to. Would have save some posts if you have just post a picture of what you are looking at.
