Can anyone tell me where to change the color of the background in the control panel? Thanks in advance.

In skin studio, look on the left tree. Find the XP shell section. (it is in there by default). Then, under the xp shell section, look for "special folders", then"control panel" (still on the left pane.)
Then , after you select "control panel", look on the right tree for "colors". You can set the colors for the background, and the title (normal and mouseover).
