dear Sir,

yesterday I had formatted my laptop,

can you please help me with the following:

1. checking that the licenses is not used and registered for the laptop

2. can you please send me an installation file 

3. can you please advise which version I have?

Hello,

  1. You can use this step to check and deactivate old activation : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct
  2. You can use this guide to get to your product and keys : https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys
  3. Once you have install a Stardock Software product you can usually goes to its "About" tab and check out what version you have installed. For example.

Hello again,
You can deactivate your old activation using the guide I mentioned above: reply#2: No.1 and than you can reactivate on your new PC.

Hi,

My old computer cant switch on, so i can deactivate it.

can you assist by deactivating from your side?
