Carried out your instructions and it brought up the folder Start11. Inside that folder was an update folder which is empty. It also had in the folder cache.dat and license.sig. There was nothing else in that folder.

There are reports from other that something in their system that keep deleting "license.sig" file. Which will make Stardock product keep asking you to activate again. Try looking into your Antivirus/security/or any other application that manage your system, which occasionally scan your pc and delete off unknown or unwanted files. Set those application to white list those folders or "license.sig".
