Pro License

I have been using Multiplicity Pro version successfully (KVM Mode) and had several workstations that I could connect to. My main desktop was the primary and all others secondary.

Now without warning or intervention from myself the software tells me to upgrade to pro. I reiterate it has been working perfectly!

When I try to add the Pro key again I receive a message stating the license key is already in use which sends me round in circles.

What should I do?

I have taken this a stage further and used the license deactivation option without success. I then used the email activate license for the pro and it accepted the license, However the KVM mode is still only in basic not pro mode,

It is all very frustrating because the software has been working perfectly.

I have now uninstalled and reinstallled the Pro version and the same issues persist

UPDATE: It is now suddenly / mysteriously working again in Pro mode
